    エイモス・ギャレット　Amos Garrett

    1941年11月26日にミシガン州デトロイトで生まれ、カナダのトロントで育ちました。1969年にイアン＆シルビアが結成したグレイト・スペックルド・バードに参加しました。並行して、1970年初頭にはポール・バターフィールドが率いたベターデイズにも参加し、熟達の職人芸的な演奏で名を上げました。自己名義アルバムは1989年に「I Make My Home in My Shoes」、1990年に「Live in Japan」、1996年に「Off The Floor Live !」、2004年に「Acoustic Album」などがあります。ウッドストックを活動拠点としていましたが、現在はカナダのトロントに帰り演奏活動を続けています。

    2009年4月20日、21日、22日、23日、25日、26日、29日に来日しました。
    2010年の来日公演はジェフ・マルダーと一緒で、9月24日、25日、26日、27日、29日、30日、10月1日、4日、5日、6日、8日、9日、10日、11日でした。
