    アスリープ・アット・ザ・ウィール　Asleep At The Wheel

    米国のウェスト・ヴァージニア州Paw Pawで1969年に結成されたウェスタン・スウィング・バンドで、テキサス州オースティンを拠点に活動しています。初アルバムは1973年の「Comin' Right At Ya」です。今までに20枚を超えるアルバムを発表し、グラミー賞を9度受賞しました。1975年の曲「The Letter That Johnny Walker Read」が最も良く知られています。
