    ギター・エヴァンジェリストで、1890年代にノース・キャロライナで生まれたとされています。26年から34年までに約40曲を録音しました。27年の録音はブラインド・パーシー&ヒズ・ブラインド・バンド( Blind Percy & His Blind Band )名義です。また、29年にパラマウントに3曲を吹き込んだシックス・シリンダー・スミス( Six Cylinder Smith )は同一人物だとされています。ジミー・リー・ロビンソン( Jimmy Lee Robinson )がギターの手解きを受けたと言われています。
