カナダのオンタリオ州スカボロー出身の女子、シーラ・カラバイン( Sheila Carabine )とアマンダ・ワルサー( Amanda Walther )によるフォーク・デュオです。2005年に初アルバム「This Moment Is a Flash」を発表し、以降2005年「Angels & Thieves」、2007年「Who Do You Think You Are」、2009年「Everyone is Someone」、2011年「Girls From the North Country」、2012年「Best Day」があります。
