エミルー・ハリス　Emmylou Harris

1947年4月2日にアラバマ州バーミンガムで生まれました。1975年の「Piece Of The Sky」（邦題「緑の天使」）で注目され、続く1976年の「Elite Hotel」で一般的な知名度を得て、グラミー賞の Best Country Vocal Performance, Female を受賞しました。1979年の「Blue Kentucky Girl」でも同じ賞を受賞しています。その他のアルバムは、1995年「Wrecking Ball」、2000年「Red Dirt Girl」など30枚程度のアルバムを作っています。
