1978年にジェフリー・リー・ピアース( Jeffrey Lee Pierce, 1958年6月27日-1996年3月31日)によりカルフォルニア州ロサンジェルスで結成されたポスト・パンク・バンドです。アルバムは、1981年「Fire of Love」、1982年「Miami」、1984年「The Las Vegas Story」、1987年「Mother Juno」、1990年「Pastoral Hide and Seek」、1991年「Divinity」、1990年「Lucky Jim」などがあります。
