レフティ・フリーゼル Lefty Frizzell
1950年初頭から60年代前半にかけて活躍した米国のホンキー・トンク系の自作自演歌手です。彼の歌い方はマール・ハガードやウィリー・ネルソン、キース・ウィートリー、ドゥワイト・ヨーカムなどに影響を及ぼしました。1928年3月31日にテキサス州コーシカナで生まれ、1975年7月19日に死去しました。本名はウィリアム・オーヴィル・フリーゼル( William Orville Frizzell )です。
