    マイケル・ヒル　Michael Hill

    1952年にニューヨーク市ブロンクスで生まれ育ちました。1990年代の始めにブルース・モブ( Michael Hill's Blues Mob )を結成しました。1994年に初アルバム「Bloodlines」を発表し、同年にヴァーノン・リードが主宰する雑誌『リヴィング・ブルース』( The Livinf Blues )でリヴィング・ブルース新人賞を受賞しました。アルバムは、1996年「Have Mercy!」、1998年「New York State Of Blues」、2001年「Suite: Larger Than Life」、2003年「Electric Storyland」、2005年「Black Gold and Goddesses Bold」などがあります。
