ポール・クレイトン Paul Clayton
1950年代から60年代にかけて活躍したマウンテン・バラッドの研究家にしてフォーク歌手で、無伴奏で歌うのを得意としていました。ポール・クレイトン・ワーシングトン( Paul Clayton Worthington )は、1931年3月3日にマサチューセッツ州ニュー・ベッドフォードで生まれました。1954年頃に初アルバム「Whaling Songs & Ballad」を出し、以降20枚程度のアルバムがあります。1967年3月30日に死去しました。
