元フィッシュボーン( Fishbone )のギター奏者ジョン・ビッガム( John Bigham )がクリストファー・トーマス( Christopher Thomas )と結成したユニットです。アルバムは2002年の自主制作盤「The Soul of John Black」、2003年「The Soul of John Black」、2007年「The Good Girl Blues」、2009年「Black John」、2011年「Good Thang」などがあります。
