ポール・サイモン　Paul Simon

1941年10月13日にニュージャージー州ニューアークで生まれました。少年期にニューヨークのクイーンズでアート・ガーファンクルに出会い、後にサイモン&ガーファンクル( Simon & Garfunkel )としてデビューしました。ポール・サイモンが作詞・作曲を担当していました。やがて方向性の違いから、1970年のアルバム「明日に架ける橋」を最後に解散しました。ソロ名義でのアルバムは1986年「Graceland」、1990年「Rhythm Of The Saints」などがあります。
